G'Day folks,
Sorry - We're not trying to mislead anyone with the title of this post - there really is no 3K SoM tourney planned - we just could not think of a witty title name to introduce three new Scars of Mirrodin spoilers - Koth of the Hammer, Kuldotha Forgemaster and Kemba, Kha Regent. Well anywhoos - we now have our third and final Scars of Mirrodin Planeswalker (we had previews of Elspeth Tirel and Venser, the Sojourner already) as well as an interesting artifact tutor - let's have us a look -
First up ! - Hammer Time - He animates lands, he doubles your red mana, and he turns all your mountains into pingers. Timmys - put your hands together for Koth of the Hammer
Koth of the Hammer, 2
Planeswalker – Koth Mythic Rare
+1: Untap target Mountain. It becomes a 4/4 red elemental creature until end of turn. It's still a land.
-2: Add R to your mana pool for each Mountain you control.
-5: You get an emblem with “Mountains you control have T: This land deals 1 damage to target creature or player.”
3 Loyalty
This Planeswalker is almost on equal footing with the other two Scars of Mirrodin Planeswalkers, Elspeth Tirel and Venser, the Sojourner. The keyword is almost - one could get a Lightning Bolt on him straight away and he does not have a posse to protect him next turn except for what may already be out - but dang! - when he matures, we are looking at yet another emblem ability (if Koth takes a dirt nap, you still keep the emblem with no way for your opponent to remove it) - then it's hammer time - every single Mountain is now a threat.

Now for the second 'K' - Here's an artifact that will allow you to search your library (to 'tutor') for an artifact. In our opinion, any card in Magic the Gathering that allows a player to search their library for a card should be considered serious business and potentially a powerful game-swinging card. Here's Kuldotha -
Kuldotha Forgemaster, 5
Artifact Creature - Construct
, Sacrifice three artifacts: Search your library for an artifact card and put it onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.
3/5
First things first - it that a serious drawback we're looking at ? Well, it could be is the answer - Really depends what you may have out. If you are looking to sac an Enatu Golem, or another artifact fatty this would be bad. However, if you did have some '0' drops such as Ornithopters or the new Memnites, you may be in business - imagine sacrificing three Memnites for a Platinum Emperion, Mindslaver or event a Mox Opal (remember you can tutor out any artifact, not just artifact creatures), would that not be rather cool.

And finally the third 'K'. This Krazy Kat promises to produce litters of Kittens. Say hello to Kemba - She's no Raksha but certainly a worthy Kha. She was an exclusive spoiler from our friends over at Gathering Magic.
Kemba, Kha Regent, 1
Legendary Creature - Cat Cleric
At the beginning of your upkeep, put a 2/2 white Cat creature token into play for each equipment attached to Kemba, Kha Regent.
2/4
Decent legendary critter - you get a 2/4 for three but may be limited to going mono-white with this. With both Elspeth Tirel and Kemba - Kha Regent, mono-white tokens are starting to look decent - especially if you are looking to have an Ajani Goldmane, Honor of the Pure, and / or a Marshal's Anthem out. This may even in casual games be coupled with Eldrazi Monument.
~
BONUS - this just in from a Pojo Magic spoiler - a big green munster . . .
Liege of the Tangle, 6
Creature – Elemental, Mythic Rare
Trample
Whenever Liege of the Tangle deals combat damage to a player, you may choose any number of target lands you control and put an awakening counter on each of them. Each of those lands is an 8/8 green Elemental creature for as long as it has an awakening counter on it. They’re still lands.
8/8
Big 'n' whacky - if you do not take care of this when it hits the game table, you are in a jungle of hurt next turn.
