Following up on our post yesterday on Magic: The Gathering - Duels of the Planeswalkers 2013 promo cards and boosters, today's post is targeted for Wizards Play Network (WPN) store owners.  Specifically, information on what they get with the Retail Promotion Kit, to help support Wizard's DoTP 2013 promotion.
