Esper Artifice Video

~
Once again I could not make it out to Friday Night Magic hosted at my local gaming store OMG! Games so instead, I picked up a Esper Artifice Intro Pack and stayed at home playing MTG with one of the kids.

Here is a brief video dissection of the Intro Pack

What do you think of this sets Intro Packs - remember, try to judge the product as it is . . . 'an introduction to MTG and Shards'.

Also - leave your comments, I would like to hear how you would pimp this intro deck . . . what would you drop or add to it.

For your information, I have reposted this bit of reference from an earlier post.

Interesting decklist. Esper seems like a very synergistic shard, albeit a little slow.

I would add a full set of Sanctum Gargoyle, Oblivion Ring, and Executioner's Capsule. The Gargoyle's work really well with the rest of the deck especially Executioner's Capsule.

I picked up this intro pack over the weekend (mostly for Master if Etherium). I was a little disappointed in this intro pack overall.

I would add more control and maybe some scarecrows, max out the Esper charms and then add Brilliant Ultimatum to keep it in the Esper theme. I think that if you have one Tezzeret would be good in this deck.

The Gargoyls are awesome creatures no doubt.

It would be fun to shuffle up all the intro packs and play them against each other but I'd rather spend the $$ on booster packs.
