Good Day MTG keeners,We have been away from MTG Land for Easter holidays but are now back seated firmly and ready to ride the wild internets to bring you the freshest round-up of Rise of the Eldrazi spoilers - hopefully we have not lost too many readers with our short absence so we wil ensure to provide you with a winning post today. Buckle up pickles and let's go . . .

Creature - Human Cleric Avatar, Mythic Rare
[Level up 1] - 3/3
[Level 6 - 11] - Lifelink 6/6
[Level 12+] - Lifelink Transcendent Master is indestructible.
9/9
If you just top-decked this late game with a bunch of mana to pour into it, then you will likely smile but chances are that you would not top deck this as you did not want to include such a mythic janky leveler in your construction. Is it us or have the level-up cards so far been lacklustre? We most sincerely hope that we see something very soon which unlocks the raw power of these levelers or we will scoop our cards and go home.

Creature - Human Wizard, Rare
Level up 1
[Level 2-3]
[Level 4+]
2/3
Great art as always from Matt Stewart. This could have been so much better. As we see it, you can pay 1UU for a vanilla 2/3 critter, or a total of SEVEN (1UUUUUU) for a 2/4 that copies spells at the cost of UU. This equals a total cost of 9 to copy a spell. We certainly understand that you can continue to copy spells but dang - we were hoping for good blue cards and were let down again . . . wah!

Creature - Demon, Rare
Flying
7/6
Eight for a 7/6 flyer is bleh . . until you read the awesome ability on this - just kidding - nothing special here either. Black has a pinger but only time and loads of play will reveal if this is going anywhere. At best, it kills a bunch of tokens at worst, equip the collar to it to clear the board of everything for a Damnation wannabe.

Creature - Minotaur Shaman, Rare
Level up 1
[Level 1-5] (6/6)
[Level 6+] Whenever Lord of Shatterskull Pass attacks, it deals 6 damage to each creature defending player controls. (6/6)
3/3
Again - too expensive to level up to this critter's ultimate ability - but dang - once there, this thing is a house. Your first level up equates to a 6/6 for 6 mana which is not really that bad but you would have to wait and hope this this does not get removed from play before you can finally for a price of 16 mana , get something that is a major board threat. Good luck with that.

Creature - Elf Druid Shaman, Rare
Play with the top card of your library revealed.
As long as the top card of your library is a creature card, Mul Daya Channelers gets +3/+3.
As long as the top card of your library is a land card, Mul Daya Channelers has "
2/2
It's an Elf. It's a Druid. It's a Shaman. And it could be an awesome card. Look to hook up with this card in your creature-heavy decks - this will accelerate your threats from your hand and onto the battlefield in short order. We love that this provides two mana of any one colour or provides a pump to an enviable 5/5. Start developing your strategies to ensure you can manipulate the top card of your library.

Artifact, Rare
5, {T}: Target player puts the top X cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard where X is the number of cards in that player's graveyard.
If you are playing limited, this could be a friend, otherwise, casual constructed players like us are saying 'meh'. There may be some exploration with this and other cards such as Sadistic Sacrament and Traumatize.
That's it for now folks, we'll be back with another regular post tomorrow.
