This card really does not float my boat. Having said that, I half expect someone at a not-too-distant FNM to kick my butt with this aura. I'm thinking that casual MTG fans of token generating decks may want to have this for inclusion. Uril, the Miststalker (aka 'Phil') likes this card.

I already hate this card - I have not even played against this card and I already think this annoying as all hell. This card promises to lock down the board and stall would-be attackers.

Tap : Sacrifice Tainted Sigil: You gain life equal to the total life lost by all players this turn.

A solid suggestion by urzassedatives - Use Ad Nauseam with the Tainted Sigil(Reveal the top card of your library and put that card into your hand. You lose life equal to its converted mana cost. You may repeat this process any number of times.) As I have no original imagination, I simply must wait to see what your devious minds have in store for this card.
