Happy Monday MTG peeps,
We have a boat-load of newly previewed Shadows Over Innistrad cards. Foremost, what all the Magic: the Gathering players are yattering about at the moment is the Gathering Magic preview of the planeswalker Nahiri. Let's have a looky-loo -
Nahiri, the Harbinger, 2RW
Planeswalker - Nahiri, Mythic Rare
+2: You may discard a card. If you do, draw a card.
-2: Exile target enchantment, tapped artifact, or tapped creature.
-8: Search your library for an artifact or creature card, put it onto the battlefield, then shuffle your library. It gains haste. Return it to your hand

Just how many Planeswalkers are there in Shadows Over Innistrad. In the storyline so far, there are the following - Nahiri, Jace, Tamiyo, Sorin and Arlinn Kord (new werewolf PW). Some of these may be in the next set, Eldritch Moon. Anywhoos, here is our first official one for Shadows. Nahiri is decent - card filtering, spot removal, and a set up for a possible win condition.

Wolf of Devil's Breach, 3RR
Creature - Elemental Wolf, Mythic Rare
Whenever Wolf of Devil's Breach attacks, you may pay 1R and discard a card. If you do, Wolf of Devil's Breach deals damage to target creature of planeswalker equal to the discarded card's converted mana cost.
"How can werwolves be considered abominations next to such creatures?" - Arlinn Kord
Wow. Expect a few players to start thinking about going Big Red with constructed. Should this discard 'n' damage be also directed at a player, it may have gone to far.

Descend Upon the Sinful, 4WW
Sorcery, Mythic Rare
Exile all creatures.
Delirium — Put a 4/4 white Angel creature token with flying onto the battlefield if there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard.
Above the cries, a phrase rang out: "You will all be saved."
A six mana board wipe is OK, definitely so as this exiles instead of 'destroy'. The Delirium condition generates an angel which is of course rather nice.

Sorcery, Mythic Rare
Target opponent puts the top thirteen cards of his or her library into his or her graveyard.
3UU: Put Startled Awake from your graveyard onto the battlefield transformed. Activate this ability only any time you could cast a sorcery
//
Persistent Nightmare
Creature - Nightmare
Skulk (This creature can't be blocked by creatures with greater power.)
When Persistent Nightmare deals combat damage to a player, return it to its owner's hand.
1/1
Flip card sorcery into a 1/1 skulker. Flavour-Town with the '13' card mill

Anguished Unmaking, 1WB
Instant, Rare
Exile target nonland permanent. You lose 3 life.
Sorin had created Avacyn, so it was a cruelty beyond imagining, a pain beyond description, that it fell upon him to end her forever.
Here's that much-discussed art of Avacyn meeting her end at the sword of her maker Sorin. Flavour bonaza here with the text. Exile for three (orzhov) is good but we're uncertain is the the 3 life lost may be palatable to some players.

Angel of Deliverance, 6WW
Creature - Angel, Rare
Flying
Delirium — Whenever Angel of Deliverance deals damage, if there are four or more card types among cards in your graveyard, exile target creature an opponent controls.
6/6
This is tapped to be the release event promo card when Shadows Over Innistrad becomes legal for play during Friday Night Magic on 8th April. A 6/6 flyer for 8 mana just kinda sucks - but - with delirium, the creature exile ability goes a long way to make up for the higher cost.
~
Nephalia Moondrakes, 5UU
Creature - Drake, Rare
Flying
When Nephalia Moondrakes enters the battlefield, target creature gains flying until end of turn.
4UU, Exile Nephalia Moondrakes from your graveyard: Creatures you control gain flying until end of turn.
5/5
Disregard the 7 mana for a 5/5 flyer. Do not underestimate the powerful effect of giving your team flying with that lovley etb effect, or the second serving from the yard.
~
Drogskol Cavalry, 5WW
Creature - Spirit Knight, Rare
Flying
Whenever another Spirit enters the battlefield under your control, you gain 2 life.
3W: Put a 1/1 white Spirit creature token with flying onto the battlefield.
4/4
Tribal spirits ftw! Other than that, this card lives in MEH-town.

startled awake specifies 'target opponent' so this wouldn't work for a self mill strategy.
Wait...how many Planeswalkers there are really? you mention five so far, but what about Lliliana?))
