Zendikar at PAX

Zendikar Spoilers courtesy of our good friends over at Gathering Magic. Reinhart attended PAX 2009 as well as the very cool 'Sights of Zendikar' MTG party at Trinity Nightclub. This was an absolutely great idea from Wizards and we hope that they will be planning similar 'sneak peak' Magic the Gathering parties in the future.

From our sneak peak, we see that the land theme continues, that Landfall will rock this block and that Ally is shaping up to be a very strong pseudo-tirbal. Perhaps one of the more notable spoilers unveiled at the Zendikar Party is Enemy Fetchlands ! Before we get to that, let's roll through what Reihart sent us earlier today. (thnx buddy!)

Quest for Ancient Secrets,
Enchantment, Uncommon
Whenever a card is put into a graveyard, you may put a quest counter on Quest for Ancient Secrets.
Remove five quest counters from Quest for Ancient Secrets and sacrifice it: Shuffle your graveyard into your library.


Windrider Eel, 3

Landfall - Whenever a land enters the battlefield under your control, Windrider Eel gets +2/+2 until end of turn.

Whenever Murasa Pyromancer or another ally you control enters the battlefield under your control, you may have Murasa Pyromancer deal damage to target creature equal to the number of allies you control.

When Scythe Tiger enters the battlefield, sacrifice it unless you sacrifice a land.
