Happy Monday MTG peeps,
Some interesting developments yesterday evening which should be of interest to Magic: the Gathering fans. Two more images of yet-to-be-released Oath of the Gatewatch spoilers have shown up on the internet and it appears to share the same anonymous source, given the background (folded paper) that these cards are on. Source appears to be 4Chan's traditional game forum board but we're skeptical that this may have been the origin. Let's have a looky-loo at these UNOFFICIAL / UNCONFIRMED cards, which, if they are fakes, are pretty damn good ones.
First, let's have a look at Mystic Gate - Apparently a special Expedition Land, originally printed in Shadowmoor, and all being all awesome with new art from Adam Paquette.
Unofficial translation is something like this ->
Mina and Denn, Wildborn, 2RG
Legendary Creature - Elf Ally, Rare
You may play an additional land on each of your turns.
RG, Return a land you control to its owner's hand: Target creature gains trample until end of turn.
Greenweaver Mina and her twin brother Denn lead the last tribe of the Mul Daya into their uncertain future.

This appears to be a pretty damn fine card in several formats. Imagine bouncing a land and then being able to play it again to tap for mana - not shabby at all - especially if you consider Landfall effects. This can also save your bacon in a pinch when there may be a global or targeted effect which will nerf your animated land. If you are a Commander player with Omnath, Locus of Rage as your general, you are likely a very happy camper with Mina and Denn joining your team.
Signing off for the moment with an art from another fine Mul Daya pair from the first time we had visited Zendikar - it is the Mul Daya Channelers.
