The second set features a total of 145 Cards, including 10 Mystic Rares, 35 Rares, 40 Uncommons, and 60 Commons. The official release date is February 6, 2009 with launch parties scheduled that same weekend. Official previews are scheduled to start on January 19.
We have a full list of 145 Conflux card names which was accidentally posted (and quickly removed) from MJMJ.info, a Japanese website which provides MTG Rules and errata.

"Nicol Bolas, Planeswalker" is not a reprint of "Nicol Bolas". Obviously they both reference the same character, but they are different cards with different abilities.
